SHIPPING COSTS - NEW ZEALAND
Shipping is available throughout NZ using CourierPost on a tiered basis - $5,$10 and $15.  For anything large you will be given a special rate. Delivery time, once your order has been processed, is normally 2 working days. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee your item will reach you within the delivery target. Delivery to rural areas may take longer. If you require faster delivery then please contact us for an express courier quote sales@artisansbloom.co.nz

Free shipping is not available for Australian orders, please contact us for a courier quote, sales@artisansbloom.co.nz

CourierPost shipments can be tracked by clicking here.

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed once we receive confirmation of your order and payment. If paying via Bank Transfer then this is when the funds reflect in our bank account. Orders are processed on weekdays and will be completed within 24 hours of confirmation. They will then be shipped.

DAMAGE
If your product arrives damaged as a result of shipping then please contact us immediately. We will require pictures of the packaging and of the product so we can make a claim. We will endeavour to replace the product as soon as possible after receiving a report from the carrier.
